Helpful FAQs
How fast can we get to a customer?
Our response times vary by location and call volume, but we always dispatch the closest available truck to get to you as quickly as possible—often within 30-90 minutes in most areas. Give us your location, and we’ll give you an ETA.
Do I have to be with the vehicle?
Not necessarily! As long as we can confirm ownership and get the keys or access instructions, we can tow your vehicle even if you can’t be on-site. Many customers do this when they’re at work, out of town, or dealing with an emergency. Just let us know the details, and we’ll handle the rest safely and securely.
Is roadside assistance cheaper than a tow?
In most cases, yes—roadside assistance is typically cheaper than a full tow. If we can get you moving again with a jump-start, tire change, lockout service, or fuel delivery, it usually costs less and gets you back on the road faster. If the issue can’t be fixed on-site, then a tow may be necessary. Either way, we’ll always recommend the most cost-effective option for your situation.
Do you participate with roadside assistance programs?
Yes, we work with most major roadside assistance companies and motor clubs. If you’re covered through your insurance or a roadside program, just let us know which one you have—we’ll handle the coordination and get your service started right away.
Can you tow all-wheel-drive or low-clearance vehicles?
Yes. We use flatbeds, low-angle ramps, and soft straps to protect AWD and low-profile vehicles-including exotics and classics.
